Growing up in Germany with a Greek mother and a Jamaican father, I knew early on what it felt like to navigate spaces where the rules weren't written for you. I learned to observe, adapt, and eventually started to create my own way. That experience of forging your own path when the well-worn ones don't fit is something I bring into every coaching relationship.
